Program Strategies

• Each student is individually matched with a trained mentor.
• Each student attends a series of Life Management, Personal Development and Job Readiness classes.
• Each student receives weekly training in how to build a life on a Christian foundation.
• Each student receives training in his area of vocational interest.
• Each student’s accomplishments are celebrated.

The foundational classroom curriculum is the Jobs For Life (JFL) program. This is a Christian based study providing guidance in such areas as:

• Job applications
• Employment interviews
• Writing resumes
• Career & skills assessment
• Conflict resolution

We have also partnered with community job training organizations and trade schools so that students will have real access to the hands on training they need to transform their lives.
